Creator Tool Pricing Compared: 6 Tools

Every plan below shows both prices, each labelled with its billing period. The big number on most vendor pricing pages is the annual rate divided by twelve: vidIQ's Coaching plan is widely quoted at $99/month, which is its $1188/year annual rate ÷ 12, and billed monthly it is $199. Prices are re-checked against the vendors' live pages automatically.

Worth knowing about OpusClip pricing

OpusClip's annual discount is applied in your browser and varies between visitors — two different annual totals, 174 and 233.16 dollars, appeared on the same day with the same Yearly toggle. We list monthly rates only, because the annual price we printed might not be the one you are shown.

Free tier: Free tier, named Starter - still exists but is no longer shown as a card on the US pricing page

Worth knowing about TubeBuddy pricing

These are TubeBuddy's US prices, read 2026-09-21. TubeBuddy shows different pricing in some other countries, so check your own total at checkout. On the annual tab it describes $144 as a "one-time payment" - that buys one year, not permanent access. Enterprise is custom-priced.

How to read these prices

Prices localise by IP, and the local price is not the dollar price. vidIQ's page renders in Indian rupees from an Indian connection. A figure of ₹416.58 is roughly 4.75 US dollars at current rates — it is not "$16.58 in local currency". These are two independently-set regional prices. If you are budgeting in dollars, read the price from a US session.

How these numbers are kept current

Every dollar figure here is checked against the vendor's live pricing page by an automated monitor, and every plan name is confirmed by hand — a numeric check cannot tell you the vendor renamed a tier.

Those are tracked as separate expiry dates, because they go stale at different rates and need different instruments. Prices are re-checked monthly; plan names quarterly; what a free plan actually allows is verified by using the product, which is slower and rarer. Where we have not verified something ourselves, this page says so rather than repeating the vendor's claim as fact.
